Return Policy:
Any Order has a 3 day grace period.
After that, production starts and the order can Not be cancelled.
All orders are custom made to fit your specifications and can not be return.

Installation is not included:
Installation is available within 150 mile radius from Los Angeles for an additional charge.

Shipping approximately 4 weeks.:
West Coast Awning Inc. will in most cases process your order after 3 days.
Orders are processed only after credit card information has been verified and approved. Total amount will be charged after 3 business days.
All orders must be inspected and accepted at time of delivery, regardless of condition of shipment or any other circumstances.
If order is refused for any reason all shipping costs or any other related cost shall be paid by customer before product is reshipped.
In cases when we offer free shipping, that does not apply if orders are less then minimum amount required.
If claims of any missing materials or any damaged part, reshipping is not free, a charge will appear in your credit card.
If customer requires extra materials for any reason Free Shipping does not apply.
We do not warehouse finished products; all materials sent back will be scrapped.
West Coast Awning Inc. shall not be responsible for any late shipments.
We DO NOT have 100% control over the production process or shipping process, therefore we do not guarantee any shipping estimates.
All deliveries must be within the Continental US.

Delay:
West Coast Awning Inc. shall be excused for any delay in completion of the order caused by acts of God, unavailability of materials, stormy weather, labor trouble or acts of public utilities, failure of the purchasers to make progress payments promptly or other contingencies unforeseen by “WCA Inc.” or beyond reasonable control of “WCA Inc.”.

Addition Materials:
Should the purchaser, construction lender, or any public body or inspector request any modification or addition of materials a charge for the materials shall be incurred.

Material Changes:
From time to time some materials change in design, color or other specification. Some materials might be discontinued for varies reason. Availability in the future of same materials might be limited to some but not all the products. West Coast Awning can not be kept responsible for such changes. Some parts that you might see in some pictures might be different or an extra item (not part of the package) Such as lights, fans, screens for gutters, flashing, silicone etc. If any small hardware claimed to be missing this item must be purchased by the purchaser to a local hardware store at his/her cost.

Tools Required:
Other tools might be required in addition to: Recommended tool list. You the purchaser acting as contractor must provide your own tools. Not all parts are cut in exact size (such posts, beams, hanger, gutters, down spout, etc.)

Warranty:
Limited and prorated warranty applies to materials only (no labor).
Warranty varies from 1 to 5 years (See each product)
Enamel painted frames could rust, therefore there is no warranty against rust. In order to avoid that galvanized or powder coated frames is recommended.
West Coast Awning Inc. has the right to repair, replace or prorate the product. Exclusive Remedy shall be repair.
Normal wear and tear, whether soiling or stains from environmental pollution or other sources are not covered.
The warranty does not apply against deterioration of any kind due to abusive use, malfunction, negligence, vandalism, perforations or act of God.
(Approx. 4% a year fading is normal.) Retractable awnings are not design for wind or rain protections, they must be closed in windy and rainy days.
There is no warranty on drops, umbrellas, free hanging valance, or gazebos. This warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase must be presented.
Purchaser will notify “WCA” of any defect in materials within 10 days of delivery It is purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that product sizes and specifications are adequate to accomplish Purchaser’s objective or purpose.

Liability:
West Coast Awning Inc. is not liable for injuries or damages to persons or property, including property purchased in connection with this order, caused by misuse, fire, lightning, wind, rain, tornado, hail, explosion, riot, vandalism, vehicles, smoke, earthquake, flood, war or similar perils including any and all Acts of God or Nature.
Purchaser agrees to carry property insurance including but not limited to fire, windstorm and earthquake.

Dispute:
In case of any misunderstanding, any misrepresentation
or any as someone might call it false advertisement West Coast Awning Inc. can not be kept responsible or sued.
We are willing to work with you to resolve the situation.
You must be willing to work with us to resolve them.

Permits:
Permit fees and architectural drawings are not included as a part of this order.
If permit required, permit process must be done before ordering the product.
Some of our products have ICBO or (city approvals) (in some city's ONLY)

Declaration:
Purchaser declares that he or she has read this Terms & Conditions before placing the order.
